Bucharest Stock Exchange closes lower Wednesday's session
The Bucharest Stock Exchange closed Wednesday's session lower on almost all indices, with a total transaction value of 42.42 million RON, respectively 8.52 million euros.
The most liquid shares on the regulated market were those of Hidroelectrica, with transactions of 8.53 million RON, followed by the shares of Transilvania Bank, with 4.48 million RON, and OMV Petrom - 2.87 million RON.
The main index of the Bucharest Stock Exchange, BET, which includes the 20 most traded companies listed on the Regulated Market, depreciated by 0.08%, to 16,971.55 points, while BET-Plus, which shows the evolution of the most liquid 43 shares, closed down by 0.10%.
The extended blue-chip index BET-XT, of the 25 most liquid stocks, fell by 0.09%, and the index of SIFs, BET-FI, depreciated by 0.31%.
The BET-BK index, the yield benchmark of investment funds, registered a decline of 0.46%, while the BET-NG, which measures the performance of the ten energy and utility companies, closed up 0.20% .
The BET AeRO index, which includes 20 representative companies on the AeRO market, depreciated by 1.10%.
he best developments were recorded by Sinteza (+14.91%), UAMT (+12%) and Carbochim (+10.57%).
On the other hand, the most important decreases were recorded by the shares of SSIF BRK Financial Group (-14.95%), Altur (-5.19%) and Romcab (-5%).
