The capital will host, on Wednesday, Bucharest Energy Storage 2024, a key event dedicated to discussing the future of energy storage in Romania.
The event will highlight the latest trends and technologies in energy storage, alongside the major players in the market.
Thus, Bucharest Energy Storage 2024 will bring together some of the most influential actors in the area, ranging from investors in renewable energy to representatives of banks, international experts, consultants, and equipment manufacturers.
"The event will offer a unique platform for discussions on the future of storage in Romania, gathering 20 renowned speakers who will address essential topics such as the bankability of projects, their security, and the latest technologies in storage. The event's speakers will include representatives from the companies with the largest market share at present, as well as companies that have announced new investments in the region starting from 2025. The event is structured into three panels, which will address the following discussion topics: Legislative proposals to support investments in BESS; Storage capacities, the future of renewable energy; Financing storage projects," a statement from the event organisers reads.
