Anglia a avut cea mai caldă noapte de Valentine din istorie după ce temperaturile au rămas în cifre duble în unele zone – cu maxime de 16,5C (61,7F) până la după-amiaza.
St Mary's de pe Insulele Scilly a avut o temperatură peste noapte de 11,5°C (52,7°F) – cu mult peste media minimă pentru februarie pe arhipelag de 6,3°C (43,3F).
